Welcome to Xpressionistic Be True, Be You! We specialize in creating custom, handcrafted items that are as unique as the people and businesses we make them for. Before placing your order, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Handmade & Unique
All of our items are individually handcrafted.
No two pieces are ever exactly alike — variations in color, placement, size, and design details are part of the charm of a handmade product.
Any product photos shown are examples only. Your final product will be in the same style and theme, but will have its own unique touch.
Due to the nature of customization, exact duplication is not possible.
2. Custom Designs & Images
If you provide images, logos, or designs for your order, you are confirming that you have the right to use them.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that includes copyrighted or inappropriate content.
Minor adjustments may be made to ensure your design looks its best on the chosen product.
3. Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Production Time: Each custom item typically takes 7–14 business days to create, depending on the complexity of the order and our current workload.
Shipping Time: This is separate from production time. Once your item is completed, shipping time will vary based on the delivery method and your location.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.
4. Digital Downloads:
A digital download/ digital product is an item that you buy that will automatically be emailed to you after purchase. No physical item will be shipped. You will use the digital download/ digital product for personal use and print if you wish; on your own time.
5. Rush Orders
If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final on custom products.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, materials may have already been purchased or work may have begun.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a clear error on our part.
7. Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and materials used.
